Internet based pool control with embedded system

This study aims to develop a remote pool control system over the Internet. Modtronix SBC68EC card is used in the system as embedded web server connected between the Internet and the pool control card. The system is accessible by a computer wherever the Internet connectivity is possible. The user (computer) communicates with the microcontroller over the Internet through the HTTP protocol via the web page loaded on the web server. The web page includes necessary input and output functions for the devices to be controlled and monitored. With minor modifications this study can be applied successfully to various pool, aquarium and liquid tank control systems.
