Emergy Analysis for Circular Economy Utilization System with Coal Industry

This paper dealt with the application of emergy analysis to system with coal industry, and it presented new emergy index system to evaluate the characters and sustainability of circular economy utilization system with coal industry quantitatively. The Sitai Mine of DaTong coal mine Group Company in Shanxi, as a case, was analyzed by means of emergy analysis. The result shows that new emergy indices are practical in evaluating sustainability of coal circular economy utilization systems, which are verified good benefits and provides scientific basis for sustainable development of coal industry.
