Abstract
Mixed with the local and remote solution, the emergency command communications solution has provided mobile multimedia service like voice, data and video, has strengthened ability of disaster prevention and control, and emergency answer up for Electric power system, and had successful serviced Beijing 2008 Olympics Game. Handy radio, trunked radio, WLAN, wireless mesh network and communication car form the mobile local solution. Broadband Satellite Access technology like VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) and INMARSAT BGAN (Broadband Global Area Network) form the locomotive remote solution. The emergency command communications solution can serve smart grid construction, operation and maintenance.
