A proposal of representative legal e-services based on a Slovenian case study

E-justice, which is connected to e-govemment, needs special attention because of independency of justice sector. In this paper the author tries to set a proposal of representative legal e-services based on Slovenian case study where certain legal e-services are evaluated from different perspectives: from user and provider perspective, legal sector where e-service is used, cost and level of development. In evaluation we have recognised the absence of Slovenian legal e-services, which would offer the possibility of starting and completing the whole process by electronic means regardless of the provider or institution. They are mostly meant for providing legal information. However, some e-justice projects in Slovenia are very well developed and offer the whole procedure electronically.
