Abstract
The problem of signal deconvolution occurs in many applications, particularly in signal averaging when a jitter effect must be eliminated. We propose an original deconvolution method applied to this case. The principle is to replace deconvolution by the estimation of the shape variation due to convolution by means of the Distribution Function Method. As an example we show the restoration of a double peak smoothed in a single one by convolution.
