  • Abstract
    Unicursal maps are maps with exactly two vertices of odd valency. A unicursal map is said to be loopless if it has no edge which is a loop. There is no research work on loopless unicursal maps up to now. This paper provides a functional equation satisfied by the generating function for enumerating rooted loopless unicursal planar maps with the valency of the root-vertex and the vertex partition as parameters.
