The analysis of intellectual capital integration factors based on DEMATEL in M & A enterprises

Intellectual Capital (IC) is becoming an important motivation for M&A in knowledge economy era. The ability of integrating intellectual capital of both MA effectively for achieving synergies is the determinants of success or failure in MA. This article analyzed the factors of intellectual capital integration based on the formation of intellectual capital according to the former scholars, established the factors of intellectual capital integration index system, and employed the DEMATEL to evaluate the important factors.
