Abstract
This paper presents a design and analysis of three-band microstrip antenna at 2.417 GHz, 3.562 GHz and 5.069 GHz which can be used for wireless local area networks (WLANs) and many other wireless applications. The proposed composite antenna consists of three square patches overlapped along their diagonals. A full-wave method of a three dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3-D FDTD) method is employed to analyze the proposed structure and find its performance.
