It is the appearance and fusion of 3G technique and Cloud Computing that provides strong technique backing for Mobile Education and creates a new environment for information sharing, information cooperation and Mobile learning as well. The accelerating function of 3G technique and Cloud Computing to Mobile Education shows the bright future of the Mobile Education Certainly, this need firstly solve some realistic problems which happened during the application of 3G technique and Cloud Computing in movement education development like technique, market, support fee and software development.
