  • Abstract
    Based on the characteristic of 300 MW power station boiler four-tube leakage, the knowledge library of four-tube leakage fault was established. A new method of diagnosing four-tube leakage using threshold value principle and maximum membership principle was proposed. This method presents fault distance, fault-free radius, distance of fault threshold value, and could be visualized into geometry form. Diagnosis example shows that this new method has high accuracy when it is used for diagnosing four-tube leakage. This kind of geometry form is conducive to reveal the fault law and the links between various faults.
