Abstract
By estimating Bergman CES production function and combined with Chinese economic data, this paper measured the sexual discrimination coefficient of Chinese labor market in recent years. It proves the sexual discrimination phenomenon is objective existence under the unbalance of supply and demand of the Chinese labor market. This problem shows great negative influence to the female labors´ total welfare level and macroeconomic. To solve this problem, this paper gives out some effective policy Suggestions.
