  • Abstract
    Silicon-nitride Bragg grating waveguide is designed by inverse scattering algorithm and fabricated by CMOS compatible processes. Multi-channel stopband spectrum of Bragg grating is verified in reflectance measurement in good agreement with specified spectrum.
