  • Abstract
    FERMI@Elettra is the new “4th-generation” light source, starting its operations at the Elettra Synchrotron Light Laboratory in Trieste, Italy. About 400 magnet power supplies (PS) ranging from 5 A to 750 A are used. All PS are remotely controlled via Ethernet. This paper describes the PS for the “Diagnostic Beam Dump” and the “Main Beam Dump” dipoles and the high performance achieved.
