  • Abstract
    According to the rheological principle of high-pressure capillary rheometer, three-dimensional modeling is designed by using of 3-D software. Solid model and simulation model are established, and the motion simulation of the rheometer is processed, the working process of high-pressure capillary rheometer is simulated and analyzed. The interference checking of the components of rheometer and kinematic analysis of plunger movement are achieved. The simulation results show that the acceleration of the plunger is short and extremely close to the ideal working condition.
