Abstract
In order to evaluate operating efficiency of urban logistics enterprises, Data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is established. This model calculates overall efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency and scale benefit of four logistics enterprise respectively. Then some feasible measures are given to nonDEA effective enterprises to make them be DEA effective. While the relationship between operating efficiency and resource allocation efficiency is analyzed, this paper also gives some advices about logistics industry development that are referred to the decision department of enterprises.
