Abstract
For the complexity of pavement performance evaluation and the uncertainty of its factors, interval relevance verifier is used in the field of pavement performance evaluation. This method avoids finite value estimation of intermediate value in the past general evaluation of pavement performance and the uncertain factors. The multi-indexes interval decision matrix is standardized by the norm of interval number sequence and the methed of multi-indexes interval number approximation decision-making is estab-lished. Finally, the efficiency and practicality of this model are tested by an actual example and some practical problems of the pavement performance evaluation in a project and are well solved. Based on the pavement performance evaluation model of interval relevant decision and interval decision matrix in normative approach, we solve the decision-making problems of multi-index interval and make a satisfied result.
