Abstract
To deal with the fluorescence images collected by optical mapping system with too low in contract and too dark for the naked eye, we used several different ways to enhance the images, including space filtering, frequency-domain filtering, wavelet transform filtering. And the experiment result showed that gradient method was the best way to deal with the images in the early-stage image process. And if the higher contract images are needed, we can use homographic filtering after the gradient method.
