  • Abstract
    The typical defects identified at brazing of the heat exchanger are void defects and incomplete brazing defects. Brazing defects of the heat exchanger by CT(Computerized tomography) were inspected by defect inspection system. Then, the raw data was stored through after classified by the types and locations. Data retrieved was external image data, defect image data and defect size data and was visualized by 3-D(three-dimensional). The system applied by openGL(Open Graphics Library), MFC and API(Application Program Interface) enabled us to try to confirm not only overall defect visualization but partial defect visualization. Through this experiment, it could get the 3-D images of the defects.
