Abstract
The coupling effect of remanufacturing production corporations in the remanufacturing services supply chain can make the whole system producing accumulation effect. In order to improve the remanufacturing supply chain service quality and the competition ability, equivalent quality model is used in this paper. By introducing process capability and quality angle, the equivalent quality model can rationally measure the service quality among remanufacturing industries and find the laggard enterprises. For looking for the service gap, quality loss function is used to measuring quality problems. By four steps analysis of using equivalent quality model and coordinating with quality loss function, the laggard enterprises and service gap can be found in the service supply chain. In this way, enterprises can make pointed references to improving competition capability.
