Abstract
Real estate, the "barometer" of national economy, is the basic, guiding and pillar industry of national economy, thus it is closely linked with national economy. Guiding and promoting the development of real estate industry in a sustainable, stable, healthy way is the basic regulation goal for government over the years both at home and abroad. Land is precious economic resource, furthermore, it is one of the important supply elements of real estate market. Efficient use of land resources can effectively regulate the land market, thereby stabilize housing prices and promote the balanced run of real estate market. The major uncertain factors influencing land grant revenue has the nature of ambiguity and uncertainty. Using fuzzy mathematics related knowledge, we can analyze and study the land grant revenue.
