Abstract
A method and a monitor device for monitoring of dynamic and integrated characteristics of high-power electron and bremsstrahlung beams of the pulse accelerators with different action processes are proposed. The static and dynamic characteristics of transfer functions for various types of a target in operating conditions of the high-power direct acting pulse accelerator UIN-10 are presented. Possibilities of the integrated diagnostics of acceleration rate of the high-power pulsed accelerator electron beams with simultaneous test of bremsstrahlung parameters at a local field point beyond the converting target are shown.
