  • Abstract
    The working principle of Inlet Pressure-regulating Valve for Tractor-brake Hydraulic Torque Converter was analyzed. According to the principle, the simulation model of inlet pressure-regulating valve for tractor-brake hydraulic torque converter was established by AMEsim. The influence of different design parameters for the dynamic characteristics of pressure-regulating valve was studied through parameterized simulation model. Based on the results, design parameters were selected. Finally, inlet pressure test of tractor-brake hydraulic torque converter was conducted. The results showed that parametric model and its analysis can simplify the design process of valve and reach the design goals effectively.
