Abstract
Autonomic Computing is an interesting research area which promises to solve the complexity of computing systems. This paper discusses an autonomic computing based approach, which implement coordinated temperature control in an architectural interconnected environment. The components of the system are managed by autonomic managers, who can monitor, analyze and adapt to the situation. The managers decide proper management actions to improve the performance of system and to cooperate with each other. The proposed approach can realize decentralized control in the system, which provides the system with flexibility and scalability. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
