  • Abstract
Mobile phone is no longer a piece of technology for communication only; it turns into a computation, context-aware, intelligent, and multi-media entertainment device. Capable of high performance computing, downloading heavy applications in an instance, watching TV, listening to streamed music, and even playing high quality interactive games, programmable, embedded with powerful sensors. Further capable of enabling personal, group, and community-scale sensing applications. With this influenced consumers of mobile applications are growing fast with dynamic requirements. The most important concept of mobile application is anywhere 24X7 accesses. Mobile phones enable new rich user experiences, limited with hardware in terms of computation, memory, and energy reserves; thus limiting potential applications. However these limitations can be more effectively exceeded by implementing the growing service-centric technology and offloading the execution of high performance processing into the cloud intelligently. The promising feature of cloud is service on-demand, over the internet to all IT needs on best economic model. Research is on and large IT organizations consider cloud services become an ideal alternative and has the potential to offer everything as a service i.e. XaaS. Our research interest (Novel Idea) is: shifting of mobile phone processing load to cloud at barriers, and resumed in to the phone intelligently when barrier ends. Specifically, when a heavy file is downloading and intensive computation is offloading. In this paper our research study focuses this novel idea more elaborately.
