Abstract

In light of the frequent major natural disasters and emergencies in recent years, emergency logistics support system is not perfect, thus affecting the post-disaster rescue and recovery. Integrating existing social logistics resources to strengthen the construction of emergency logistics guarantee system, establishing a quick response mechanism of its distribution system, improving the laws and regulations and technical standards related to emergency logistics, building a public information platform and enhancing the operational capability etc, are all major issues of modern emergency logistics needed to be considered.
