Application of multimedia CBS method in medical immunology teaching

Based on the characteristic of the course of the medical immunology, there are many advantages with case based study (CBS) and multimedia teaching method. By using case based study (CBS) in medical immunology, the study enthusiasm of laboratory medicine students can be fully aroused. Moreover, multimedia will help students to understand the case easily and help them to expend their thinking and develop the inner potential. Compared to the traditional teaching method, multimedia CBS teaching model not only achieved good results, but also greatly improved the students and teachers qualities.
