Study on cultivation of teachers´ ICT ability

ICT is the ability of teachers in the teaching of the use of information and communication technology needed to master the skills. By training teachers to identify and select the appropriate tools and the using of ICT in teaching the ability to effectively manage the classroom, increasing levels of teachers in using ICT in the classroom, carrying out various forms of teachers´ ability of ICT training, can enable teachers to effectively improve their ICT capabilities.
