  • Abstract
In the drilling operation, It is easy to develop scrapped of boreholes, cluster die and cluster wound and other serious catastrophic accidents if there is out of control of blowout. Based on Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), through the establishment of the fault tree of Blow out, Using fault tree analysis software for computing minimal cut set and minimal path set of the fault tree out of control for drilling blowout, Computing and sorting structure importance. Combined with the working conditions of on-site supervision, finally ensure the key point of Drilling well control safety monitoring, To guide the drilling site work effectively in preventing the occurrence of out of control for blowout, and to eliminate the safety hazards of Well control.
