Abstract
This paper discusses the problem of asymmetrical power flow for low-voltage distribution systems. According to the structure and operating characteristic of the network, the improvement of the back/forward sweep method is used by adopting the compensation power of the loop breaking point. The proposed method can deal with the problem of equivalent loops and non-full phase components. At the same time, due to the asymmetry of three-phase parameters and imbalance of three-phase load in distributed networks, the phase component model is used in this paper. The proposed method is easy to be implemented. The case studied on the IEEE4-bus and IEEE33-bus systems indicate efficiency of the proposed method.
