Modular and Integrated Management of R&D Project in Dynamic Alliance

R&D dynamic alliance is the modular organization which is highly flexible. It reduces the cost, shortens the period and improves the ability of competition through the integration of core competencies and resources. We make a modular decomposition of the cooperative enterprises in dynamic alliance according to their functions, and transform each functional module into activity so as to achieve the integrated management of R&D project. Besides, we optimize the scheduling of each module by the RCPSP and give an effective method to optimize the duration of large-scale R&D project.
