  • Abstract
    The line loss of power system is an important economic indicator in the operation of power system.The analysis method of line loss for planning grid is developed. The data of system are taken from EMS. After getting data from EMS, state estimation will be carried out periodically. The feature program is that it can analyze the line loss for planning grid in the corresponding period.The program of the analysis and calculation on line loss of planning grid include six subsystems such as modeling subsystem of power system planning, modeling subsystem of statistics for line loss, calculation of line loss subsystem, storage subsystem of integration for line loss, analysis and query of line loss subsystem, analysis of line loss subsystem. The corresponding operation are set on many equipments such as lines and transformers and capacitors and so on in the planning grid. The new substation is built through these operation.It can evaluate the reducing line loss benefits of power system panning project. And it can provide the decision-making function for power system line loss management and the investment of power system planning.
