Abstract
An overlapping domain decomposition method (ODDM) is applied to calculate 3D eddy current field in nonlinear and anisotropic laminated core, and the Newton-Raphson iteration method(NRIM) is adopted in complex frequency domain. This method uses less calculation time in solving large scale electromagnetic problem with the computation accuracy in the critical region improved compared with traditional method. The TEAM Problem 21C-M1 is used as the numerical example to verify the method.
