Abstract
Organizational routines are some collective phenomena with multiple actors involved in. And In this paper, by taking the individual habits of the multiple actors as fundamental building blocks, we investigate organizational routines from an actor-based view, and build up a multi-agent based simulation model and realize it via Swarm package. The results of our research show that: habitual behaviors of individual actors are the micro-foundation of organizational routines, and they play an important role during the formation of organizational routines. And these, may shape some novelty directions for investigating organizational routines through multi-agent based simulation tools.
