Abstract
This paper presents the experimental results from metal magnetic memory method (MMM) applied for investigation and analysis of stressed state in engineering metal construction. In experiment, hoisting suspension metal plate was measured by using MMM tester and ultrasonic pulse - echo flaw detector. Lifetime assessment as well as assessment criteria of metal plate was determined. It can be concluded that, investigation of the actual stressed states of metal component by the metal magnetic memory method can be useful for lifetime assessment.
