Abstract
The aims of this paper is to present an accurate model for the analysis of induction machine with double three phases winding in the stator. The static characteristic have been calculated based on classical equivalent circuit method of induction motors and dynamic modeling based on space vector theory. The derived model has been simulated with Matlab/Simulink software. In particular, have been compared the characteristics of the standard three phase induction motor with induction motor with double three phase winding in the stator in the steady state and dynamic regimes. The parameters of standard induction motor and induction motor with double three phases winding in the stator have been determined through calculation, using the design formulas. The simulation results are presented and compared.
