Abstract
For the problem existed in traffic light control system, this paper introduces the monitor and control system for traffic lights based on GPRS in details, about the system´s overall design program, system construction and network configuration at fist, then a fuzzy control strategy based on S7-200PLC is proposed. Moreover, this paper introduces the implementation method of the system and a simple and effective debugging method by S7-200 CPU226 hardware configuration. The given system keeps the advantages of the PLC control system, such as the ability of anti-jamming and the reliable peculiarity, flexible, and enhances the intelligentized level and real-time control of the monitor and control system. The system has the merits as good real-time performance, high speed transmission, realizes the wireless remote control with traffic lights by GPRS, and it has more advantages such as high stability, security and reliability by means of the combination of the hardware and software. Further more, it gives technical support to design the similar systems.
