Abstract
For undirected and connected networks, the bounded consensus tracking problems of leader-following multi-agent systems with communication delay based on sampled-data with sampling delay are investigated in this paper. When the sampling delay is more than a sampling period, the necessary and sufficient conditions guaranteeing the bounded consensus tracking are obtained by applying the delay decomposition approach, the augmented matrix method and some other technologies. Furthermore, we show a simulation example to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical results.
