Abstract
According to the features of both the discharged pollutants in offshore lake reservoirs and the two dimension diffusion model of pollutants, this paper proposes two localizing methods to effectively deal with pollutants discharged in offshore areas. One method is boundary constrains least square(BCLS) and the other one is boundary constrains linear programming least absolute deviations(BCLPLAD). The simulation indicates that BC LS and BC LPLAD are better than least square method and least absolute deviations, respectively. Moreover, in normal offshore lake reservoirs, BCLPLAD and BCLPLAD exert better effects. However, when there is one singular node or more among localizing nodes, BCLPLAD and LP LAD exert better effects.
