Abstract
Ionosphere phase contamination causes spectrum broadening of the OTHR ground Clutter and Sea Clutter, restricting the detection of slowly moving target on the sea seriously. In this article, a new method with high time-frequency cohesive and low cross item is put forward. The method is used to solve the problem of ionosphere phase contamination by Time-Frequency Distribution and it succeeded in solving the low time-frequency cohesive of STFT method and the high cross item of WVD method, improving the phase pollution suppression precision dramatically.
