Abstract
A hybrid matrix splitting domain decomposition method with FEM-BI is developed for scattering from multiple composite structures in this paper. By this method, the whole area is divided into a lot of sub-FEM-domains and MoM domain. For solving the FEM matrix more efficiently, via the aid of a block Gauss-Seidel type pre-conditioner, a matrix splitting domain decomposition is developed to divide the FEM matrix into four smaller ones. By this way, dealing with smaller matrices rather than larger matrix will cost less memory and save time efficiently. Several numerical examples are presented to prove it.
