Abstract
In this paper, the anchor mechanism is proposed to implement the triggering control of convergence services between CS (Circuit Switch) domain and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) domain. The background, key issues and research solutions about triggering of convergence services are introduced. To achieve services triggering, the anchor control platform with call redirection and signing control function between CS and IMS is designed. After analyzing the process that anchor mechanism completes services triggering and offers consistent services regardless of accessing from CS or IMS, the paper evaluates the effects in real-application domains. Thus anchor mechanism is demonstrated to be an ideal solution for the coexistence period of CS domain and IMS domain, exhibiting practical feasibility and application value.
