Abstract
According to the analysis of the transport system of pharmaceuticals cold-chain logistics, this article proposes that its network structure is of hub-and-spoke type. Combining with Characteristics of hub-and-spoke transportation network, aiming at the minimum total transportation cost, pharmaceuticals cold-chain logistics transportation network optimization should be conduct into two stages. The first stage is to determine the cold-chain distribution center candidates. The second stage is to solve the consolidation and delivery process based on cold-chain distribution center candidates. Bring in IAHP to determine the set of cold-chain distribution center candidates. Bring in Mathematics graph theory to describe the cold-chain logistics network, then establish the collecting model and delivery model. Finally the pharmaceuticals cold-chain logistics hub-and-spoke network optimization model is established.
