  • Abstract
Complex systems that involve communication in natural disasters can be simulated through the Multi-Agent Paradigm. In order to provide a better planning of the emergency assistance in situations of natural disasters, the simulation in this work emphasizes the communication between agents. It contributes effectively to the decision-making, in order to define the authorities responsible to save the victims. For this, it is possible to use the Multi-Agent System (MAS) in JAVA with the JADE platform and the communication language FIPAACL.
