Abstract
Load Balance of electrical distribution system through reconfiguration, and other related problems are formulated and solved by New heuristic search methodology, which is a search strategy through depth first / breadth first search, armed with practical rules, say, based on operator experience, to guide the search technique. The proposed framework allows designing algorithms to solve a wide range of distribution system problems say load unbalance problems. The System operator procedures can be accommodated as part of the search process. Test results are presented for 13 bus, 20 bus and 89 bus systems.
