  • Abstract
The pulsed-field propagation in layered media is investigated by means of a time-domain model. The expression of the magnetic field radiated by a transmitting loop in a layered configuration is constructed by applying the modified Cagniard method (the `Cagniard-DeHoop method´). The derived results represent essential building blocks for developing realistic models concerning the inter-chip pulsed-field wireless signal transfer.
