Abstract
With the rapid technological advancement in the field of communication the complexity of mobile networks as they are switching from 2G to 3G even to much reliable and advance LTE ( Long term evolution) networks, more accurate and reliable planning of wireless and data networks are becoming compulsory and unavoidable. Designing, planning and optimization of networks allow us to make field strength predictions, LOS (Line of Sight) and spectrum analysis as well as wide band analysis of the channel in micro and millimeter wave range. In this paper the designing of a dipole antenna and planning of an urban area is discussed.
