  • Abstract
    A space-division-multiplexed microstructured optical-fiber bus is modeled and optimized to meet the stringent requirements of chip-to-chip optical interconnects. It features a channel density > 28 ch/mm, millimetre bending radius and crosstalk low enough for >10 Gb/s transmission rate.
