  • Abstract
    Chinese-English bilingual teaching is an effective means to cultivate high-qualified compound talents. It is the emphasis and focus to teaching reform of national higher education in China. The course of "Signals and Systems" is the foundation course in the field of computing, electrics and information engineering. As the features of the course, it is quite suitable to implement bilingual teaching to undergraduate student. It has been four years in Beifang University of Nationalities that the course of Signals and Systems has been learnt by bilingual teaching. The organization, methods and assessments have been reported in this paper. In the essay, we discuss three links in the bilingual teaching, which are preparation, implementation and evaluation for the bilingual teaching system. Being one of the innovation methods of teaching, we are studying on how to improve the quality in bilingual teaching.
