Brief analysis on training strategies of teachers´ personality

Teachers´ teaching personality play an important role in fostering student personality. At present, under the condition that the idea of personalized teaching has not been established truly. The teaching personality is the production of conscious effort. The formation of teaching personality not only needs to have the free teaching environment, but also depends on teacher´s effort. On this basis, this dissertation expounds essential conditions of structuring teaching personality from five aspects, namely environment, proposal, ability and reflection of teaching, as well as specialized development.
