  • Abstract
A monolithic peak-current-mode converter with internal load independent and output independent compensation is presented in this paper. In view of operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) structure, the proposed compact structure overcomes the drawback of traditional stability dependency on load resistance and the ceramic output capacitor´s equivalent series resistance (ESR), which reduces the complexity of the design and saves the PCB space. The DC-DC converter is based on 0.5 umBCD technology, and has carried on the system simulation on HSPICE. Internal compensation technique provides high loop stability, load regulations is less than 2%.
